Terms of service

Request and confirmation
A request on the site is not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed once the details, price and time are agreed with a manager.
- 02
Pricing
The price is calculated individually and fixed before work starts. Any change of scope on site is agreed with the client.
- 03
Performance
The team arrives at the agreed time with its own equipment and products. The client provides access to the premises, water and electricity.
- 04
Acceptance and guarantee
On completion the client accepts the result. Remarks raised at acceptance are resolved on the spot free of charge.
- 05
Cancellation and rescheduling
Orders can be rescheduled or cancelled by agreement with the manager. Please let us know in advance.
